Riverfront Oasis!

Overall we enjoyed the setting and ambience of this place, and would definitely recommend! Positive: We did not have any breakfast food when we arrived. Also did not know or realise that the Guide was an online information guide about our venue. But easy to read once we were using the Guide. Negative: Air-conditioning system needs attention. The filters were filthy. Towel rail in the upstairs bathroom needed fixing. Not easy to navigate TV channels? Just unfamiliar with system?

The property was very nice but we felt there was no privacy from the neighbors Positive: Proximity to activities on the Gold Coast Negative: The male neighbor came into the yard at 9.45 at night insisting that the lights were turned off. He scared us and was very rude.

Beautiful. Only regret is not staying long enough to ride the kayaks Positive: The spa pool, the river at the back door, the ambiance, the eclectic decor. The support staff were super responsive and helped us when we locked ourselves out of the property on Christmas Day! Negative: Not much really. One bedroom doesn’t have aircon which might have been a problem if it was super hot but we had a lovely breeze and cool weather.

This is a hidden gem I am so glad I found. 10/10 Positive: The location was breathtaking. The photos don’t do it justice. The amenities were stunning.
